Systems Analyst and Engineering Student
Hello! I'm Tomás Silva Pastorini, a passionate Systems Analyst and fourth-year Engineering student at the Catholic University of Uruguay (UCU). I am currently working at BoronStudio as a semi-senior fullstack developer, a position I've held for the past year. Prior to that, I worked as a freelancer for two years, which helped me hone my skills in technology and communication with external companies. My passion for innovation and continuous learning drives me to constantly seek opportunities for professional growth in the tech sector.
I am currently finishing my degree by working on my thesis project for the Banca Nacional de Quinielas, where I serve as Backend leader and am responsible for the design and management of DB2 databases for the project. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong ability to coordinate projects, adapt to various situations, and solve complex problems. My technical skills range from frontend development with modern technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and NextJS, to backend development with Express, NestJS, and PHP. I also have experience using tools like Docker, Git, AWS, and Drupal.
